Garden Plan

The plan for the LaSalle Square Garden is to make it much larger , and to try to maximize the harvest . Adding a new compost pile, some raised beds for Strawberries , a Kids garden , and a Herb Garden . We will be planting Peas & Spinach outside soon . Also some soil prep & clean-up event will be coming in April

Spring Cleaning

Spring is in the air !! Last Sunday Sara & I worked to clean-up the area around the big tree at LaSalle Square garden . This area will be transformed into gathering area for friends , and neighbors . This year the garden is expanding , which is exciting news . We hope the addition of the seating area under the tree will make for a more welcome area for neighbors to enjoy . It will will also be a great area to rest while working in the garden .
